Now I am enjoying baking cake. Initially I was scared to bake cake. I always thought cake is something I would not be able to manage. But my friend explain & give me practical knowledge how to make muffins and I did make it. But afterwards I was bold enough to try cakes. But in lockdown period I did learn to bake for my family and specially for my son.
But I am very glad that I made 10 cakes in lockdown days and all tasted good, 4 of them creamy cake rest without cream. It has been a very good experience, you can bake anytime whenever you want and specially during days like friendship day, mother & father day, etc. No matter any special occasion
I have made Butterscotch Rava cake for father’s day. As my dad like simple cake without cream.
Ingredients:
1.5 cup Barik Rava (suji)
½ cup curd
1/2 cup oil
1 cup Powdered sugar
1/3 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup Maida
1 cup milk
1 tspoon baking powder
½ tspoon baking soda
1 tspoon butterscotch essence
Small qty Choco chips
Process:
Take one bowl add ½ cup curd, 1 cup Powdered sugar, ¼ cup oil, 1/3 cup condensed milk (it is optional) but if you have then added it. It tasted different. Mixed well all then add 1.5 cup Barik Rava (suji).
Add 1 cup milk gradually checking consistency of batter After all done keep aside out batter.
In the mean time greased the cake tin with oil putting in butter paper and also preheat the kadai 5-7 mins.
After 10 min add 1 tspoon baking powder, ½ tspoon baking soda, 1 tspoon butterscotch essence mixed well and keep it in us preheat kadai. Garnish with Choco chips and cover the lid. Baking time will be 50-55 min. on medium flame. But check after 40 min because it depends on gas flame too it may be 5-10 min difference can appear.
Note: You can garnish with tutty fruity, dryfruits, choice of your chocolate crumble.
After cool it cut it and server it.

You actually make it appear really easy together with your
presentation but I find this matter to be really one
thing which I think I would by no means understand. It sort of
feels too complicated and very extensive for me. I’m having a look ahead on your next put up, I’ll attempt to get the hang of it!
